About Me

Ciao! I'm Elisa :)

I'm an Italian ceramist based by the beautiful Lake Como in northern Italy. My ceramic journey began in London, where I lived, studied, and fell head over heels in love with clay during my 10+ years in the city.

Creativity has always been my thing - and when I discovered pottery, something just clicked. From the very first touch of clay, I knew I'd found my medium.

All of my work is hand-built, meaning every piece is shaped by hand using simple tools and lots of care. No wheel here - just patience, process and a love for crafts. The result? Pieces that are each a little different, a little imperfect... and completely unique.

For a long time, I dreamed of finding a creative space that truly felt like mine. Recently, I finally found it - a place that stole my heart the moment I walked in, nestled in the Omita Center in Lake Como.

It's where ideas take shape, clay comes to life and every piece tells a little part of my story. So come, say hi, and visit me (and my little furry friend Burro!)

I once read:

"If you have passion for what you do, success will follow."

That really stuck with me, and it's what brought me here, building my small ceramics studio, one piece at a time.

So here I am, ready, set...pot!
