Shipping policy

All items in stock ship out in 2-3 business days.  All shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Custom work is made to order - please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery.

Italy: your parcel will be sent with Poste Italiane/DHL Tracked, €7/€10 cost will be added to your bill at checkout, please allow 2-3 working days for your parcel to be delivered; you will be notified via email with the tracking number.

You can also opt in for a local pick up delivery in Como. Your parcel will be ready within 24 hours at no shipping cost, you will be notified via email with the pick up address once your parcel is ready for collection.

Europe countries (Including UK & Northern Ireland): your parcel will be sent with Poste Italiane/DHL Tracked, €14/€22 cost will be added to your bill at checkout, please allow 5-7 working days for your parcel to be delivered; you will be notified via email with the tracking number.

Rest of the World: your parcel will be sent with Poste Italiane/DHL Tracked, a €20/€28 (depending on the country) cost will be added to your bill at checkout, please allow 7-10 working days for your parcel to be delivered; you will be notified via email with the tracking number.

Work is packed with the utmost care. Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the unexpected event of breakage, report to sales@elisaceramics.com with a photo at the time of delivery.
