Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-days return policy. If 7 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Ceramics are very delicate and hurt-sensitive, we ask when returning to carefully package your product. Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged due to shipping.


Refunds 

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If your refund is approved, we will issue the refund which will be credited to the card you have used for the original payment. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account; this may differ depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days, please contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If after contacting your bank you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@elisaceramics.com. 


Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@elisaceramics.com and we will send you instructions on how to send the product back to us.


Shipping

To return your product, send us an email at sales@elisaceramics.com and we will send you instructions on how to send the product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
